Purchasing a puppy

Our Family to Yours

We love meeting all the new families for our new babies! We also want to make sure they go to the best homes. Each puppy comes with a little puppy care bag with a few goodies and a baggie of their current food to help with the transition, as well as a cloth with the smell of their mama and littermates.

Registration, Agreements and Deposits

Each puppy sold with limited registration or full registration will come with that paperwork and all puppies come with their current shots record as well as the dates dewormed. Our puppy purchase, as well as spay and neuter contract for pets/limited registration, must be signed prior to the puppy going home. A deposit also must be made within 4 days of claiming the puppy for the puppy to be reserved. If a deposit is not received for whatever reason the puppy will be placed back to available status.

Travels and Delivery

We can hand deliver within a reasonable distance or meet halfway to ensure safe travels for our fur babies! We are more than happy to help arrange transport via airplane or to meet at DIA to hand off your baby to a flight nanny or you!

 1-year health guarantee

We offer a 1-year health guarantee. This guarantee covers genetic life-threatening illnesses. It does NOT cover stenotic nares, undescended testicles, loose knees/hips, cherry eye, parasites, allergies, dermatitis, rashes, mange, etc. Illnesses that are life-threatening and traceable back to the parent are covered.

The Purchase Part

For payment, we accept cash, cashier’s check, money order, square, or Zelle. We require final payment to be paid 5 days before the puppy is purchased to give all electronics time for payment to go through or can be the day of, if paying with cash. If at the time of pick up payment hasn’t gone through additional time can be given of a few days but must go through before the puppy goes home. If 3 days after the puppy’s pick-up date has passed with no payment deposit will be set aside for a future puppy and the current puppy will be placed back up for adoption.
